Notice Regarding All Deliveries

Due to insurance regulations, Ridge Cabinet & Showcase, Inc. will only deliver
countertops to a garage.  If the house does not have a garage, the counter will be
delivered to the front hallway of the house.  If a contractor is on site, the RCS, Inc.
driver may help bring your counter into the house to a kitchen or bathroom.  The
contractor will be solely responsible for any damage not limited to; paint nicks,
drywall repair, carpet tears, and light fixture damage.

In the event that you need the countertop set on cabinets, you must sign the release
form provided by the RCS Driver stating that RCS will not be responsible for any
damage incurred. RCS, Inc. regrets any problems this may cause.
