Design Services

You don’t have ready made plans?  Not sure how to have your idea manufactured?  Bring your napkin sketches, color samples, and project requirements to Ridge Cabinet & Showcase and allow our design team to develop your next project for you.  Our team will carefully review and price all aspects of your project using industry standard software while we create fully rendered 3-dimensional images for your final approval as we bring your vision to life.

Project Management

At Ridge Cabinet & Showcase all details of each project are reviewed and followed through by a project manager, everything from initial estimates to the successful completed installation.  Our level of commitment at RCS ensures that your project will be carefully reviewed throughout our manufacturing process and delivered with a high degree of professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Project Estimating

Our estimating department at RCS thoroughly reviews the details of each incoming project in an effort to provide the most cost-effective solutions to your requests while still maintaining our high level of quality and craftsmanship.  We typically review requested material availabilities and yield, often making suggestions of an alternate material or method to improve construction or lower the price.

CAD Engineering

Upon approval of a project estimate, our engineering department generates unique project material and hardware specifications, detailed millwork layouts/sections, and computer generated material nests for our manufacturing process that is second to none in the industry.  Prior to the commencement of manufacturing these specifications are given a thorough client review and only after the approval process is complete will RCS manufacture your project.

Shop Manufacturing

The manufacturing environment at Ridge Cabinet & Showcase is a highly automated, state-of-the-art wood manufacturing facility located in Rochester, NY.  We employ the most up-to-date technology in our wood veneer and case good presses.  Our automated clamping, doweling, and hinge stations, computer controlled CNC routers and edge bander take the guess work out of every operation ensuring first class quality to your completed project.  Whether we are working with wood, metal, solid surface, laminate, glass, plastic, or fabric you can be assured of RCS to bring the vision of your project to life.

Finishing

Delivery and Installation

At the end of every successful project is a successful installation.  Ridge Cabinet & Showcase employs multiple Full-time installation crews with over 80 years of experience in the field.  Our delivery and installation crews work hand-in-hand with our GC’s, PM’s, CAD Engineers, designers, and end users on each project to create an environment that insures a successful project installation, each and every time.  Regardless of project size, we spend the time and go the extra mile to make sure that each step is done correctly in our effort to meet and exceed your project expectations.
